    Qizhou is an economist and data scientist specializing in residential real estate and prop tech. Extensive experience analyzing big data from the UK, Germany and the USA. Qizhou used to work for Said Business School, University of Oxford, as a research fellow for the Future of Real Estate Initiative. He worked in academia for a decade before joining the industry.
